Pat Sullivan has released a group of single-vineyard Chardonnays from his Baw Baw Shire stronghold in Gippsland, to go alongside his lovely vineyard blends.
The Ada River Chardonnay was a revelation of style, as far from a big Gippsland beast as you could get. It's so fluid, textured but lean, with great acid drive, citrus power and a very slight mealiness.
