For Melbourne Metropolitan (18kms) orders, we run our own courier service, which allows us to guarantee the same day delivery for orders placed before 1:00pm and the next day for orders after 1:00pm.
All Sydney orders are delivered through our friends at Anonymous Freight, specialising in wine transportation. Your order is climate controlled, and in safe hands from the moment it leaves our warehouse. We can offer next day delivery on these orders between Monday and Thursday if your order is placed before 9:00 am.

If you believe there to be an issue with a product that you have purchased please don’t tip it down the drain, replace the lid/cork (must be over 3/4 of the bottle remaining) and contact hello@grapeful.com.au and we will be happy to assist with the next steps.
You may return most new, unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 days of receipt of your package to our Grapeful warehouse.
