  • How do I know when my order has been shipped?

    You will receive an email with your tracking details once the order has been shipped. For all orders within Metropolitan Melbourne (prior to 1pm), your order will be delivered on the same day, or the following day.

  • My order arrived but it’s incorrect, what should I do?

    Whilst we hope that this never occurs, get in touch via hello@grapeful.com.au, and we will amend it immediately for you.

  • Am I able to order wine that’s not available on the store?

    If you have something specific in mind, contact us via hello@grapeful.com.au for this request. While we can’t guarantee this, we’ll endeavour to do our absolute best!

  • How does the pricing work?

    All prices are in AUD and exclude shipping costs. This total is amounted upon checkout for you.

  • Is there a minimum or maximum quantity I can order?

    Whilst the ‘Good Grapes Club’ offers 6 and 12 bottle bundles, there is no minimum or maximum quantity for general sales on the store. If you are looking at placing large orders (100+ bottles) for special occasions or events, please get in touch via hello@grapeful.com.au

  • I think my wine is spoiled, what should I do?

    Unfortunately, this is something that does happen from time to time. If you think your wine’s gone faulty, please hold onto at least ¾ of the bottle and we will arrange express pickup, replacing your bottle in the process.

  • When will I receive my first ‘Issue’?

    All orders placed prior to 1pm will be dispatched from our warehouse that afternoon. All orders placed after 1pm are guaranteed next day dispatch. Additionally, we offer same day delivery in Metropolitan Melbourne for orders placed before 1pm, and next day delivery for orders placed after 1pm.
