Stone and slate-like minerality combine with lemon curd, custard apple, stone fruits and macadamia nut throughout this creamy, textured palate. Along with the complex, layered fruit, savoury elements and minerality there is soft, supple acidity lending incredible length and definition to this fine example of what Crawford River Riesling does with age. -
