    Made from the old vines planted in St.j-en-St.A around 1950. A very bright and fragrant wine, with a soft and subtle texture. Half of the parcel is destemmed, before approximately a week of maceration. A beautifully fragrant natty wine that could be a great sidekick to antipasto platters or pastas.
