The new Volcanic series of Timo's Pinot is here! Lots of cherry and strawberry, with this really nostalgic autumnal character. Savoury undergrowth, forest floor, tree bark all come to mind in the best way. There is a slight hint of game/red meat to the wine, very fine tannin and bright almost pomegranate like acidity.
