In 2018 it was very wet alongside frosts, a challenging year. Alot of Grenache was lost in the Gard and as such he amended the cepage for this year. Cinsault, Grenache, and whole bunch; lightly crushed. Aged in fiberglass and stainless steel tanks for 6 months until Spring bottling. -
